Rich Arshonsky represents public and privately-held entities, including institutional and private lenders, title insurers, escrow companies, developers and individuals in a variety of real property litigation matters, including deeds of trust and other secured transactions, purchase and sale disputes, escrow disputes, title insurance, easements, encroachments, boundary disputes, foreclosure, loan servicing, unlawful detainer and interpleader actions. In addition, he has handled real property transactions involving the purchase, sale and lease of real property. Mr. Arshonsky has represented several businesses in litigation involving contract disputes and real property secured transactions and has also assisted businesses on various transactional matters.

Mr. Arshonsky is involved with the YMCA, Y-Guide Program and he is an Assistant Coach with Youth Basketball.

Mr. Arshonsky received his JD from Loyola
Law School, where he was a member of Loyola Law Review and his Bachelor of
Music/Business from DePauw University.
Interests
Mr. Arshonsky enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing and watching sports, including golf, tennis, softball and basketball. He enjoys music, movies and the theater.
