Representative Experience
Ms. Offenbacher has practiced civil litigation since 1993 with a focus in employment
law, medical malpractice, business litigation and torts. She also has extensive
Appellate experience which began with a legal clerkship for Justice Earl Johnson,
California Court of Appeal, District 2, Division 7 and which has continued with
the representation of clients through appeal, including the representation of
the prevailing party in a published appellate opinion.
Professional Affiliations
In 2004 Ms. Offenbacher completed her mediation training through the California
Academy of Mediation Professionals and has since mediated dozens of cases,
both private and through the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program,
Superior Court of California.
Academic Background
Ms. Offenbacher received her Bachelor of
Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1989
and her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 1993.
